Physical Product Model

Because letters are custom printed, packaged, and mailed, refunds are generally not available once an order has shipped.

Exceptions

Wrong item delivered.
Damaged letter/package during transit.
Non-delivery verified by carrier.

General Policy

Refunds will be issued only upon approval by Drew Is.. and its sub-brand, Letters That Live Forever by Drew Is..
Because this is a physical subscription service, each package involves custom printing, packaging, and shipping. Refunds are therefore considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

How to Request a Refund

Subject line: REFUND REQUESTED
Body of email: Provide your subscription details, the reason for your request, and (if possible) suggestions for improvement.

Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received. After review, you will receive a written approval or denial of your request.
